We will contact you
We will confirm the course availability, the total cost of the course and the deposit amount payable in order to confirm the booking, and confirm payment methods.
Deposit payment/Confirmation
Once we have received your deposit payment we will confirm the course booking.
What’s Included ?
Included in the price
- Transfers to/from Carcassonne airport or railway station. (NB. Transfers from Toulouse: additional £50 per person)
- All meals, wine with lunch and dinner, including at least one restaurant visit on courses of 5 days or more
- Coffee, tea and soft drinks freely available
- Transport costs to vineyard for wine-tasting where programme permits
- Transport for scheduled visits, including an outing to Carcassonne on most courses
- Use of swimming pool (weather permitting), tennis court, petanque arena and bicycles
- Course materials (excluding books)
Included on ‘The Da Vinci’ Drama/Literature course
- Transport to and from Rennes le Chateau
Included on cookery courses
The following are excluded from the cost
- Flight costs
- Car hire/taxi costs
- Additional vineyard visits
